Job summary

PERI is seeking an Area Sales Representative to increase revenue, develop customer relationships, and expand the customer base within a designated geography. You will offer consultative solutions for construction projects and manage revenue across rental and sale of PERI products and services.

The role emphasizes prospecting, relationship building, and coordinating with internal PERI teams to drive results and ensure high customer satisfaction. Travel up to half of the time is required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, project management, or construction industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new technology quickly.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Actively prospecting to identify potential customer sites within a geographic area and selling PERI products.
• Build and maintain relationships with current and potential customers, focusing on decision-makers.
• Manage customer rental projects and liaise between PERI and the customer.
• Develop and execute personal sales strategy including time and territory planning.
• Manage pipeline and ensure target achievement with internal PERI teams from kickoff to closeout.
• Maximize in-person interactions to understand requirements and support current and future projects.
• Use a consultative sales approach to add value throughout the sales cycle.
