Capstone Management Partners, LLC is seeking an Area Community Manager to oversee multiple residential communities, ensuring financial and operational performance while delivering a superior living experience for residents.

The role requires leadership of onsite teams, coordination across communities, and regular travel between locations. Strong communication and budgeting skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year as Community Manager with Cardinal Group and 2 years as Community Manager in residential property management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable transportation to travel between communities up to 20% of the time.

Responsabilités

• Oversee assigned communities, maintain primary community and advise sister communities.
• Mentor and assist with loss prevention, risk management, safety, maintenance, marketing, leasing, and upkeep.
• Lead onsite maintenance, office, and leasing teams; assist sister communities as needed.
• Coordinate resident relations, repairs, rent charges, and lease issues with escalation as required.
• Review budgets, revenues, A/R, and ensure data integrity across communities.
• Provide training and development through Cardinal U and webinars.
