Capstone Real Estate Investments, LLC is seeking a Community Manager to oversee a student housing apartment community under regional supervision. The role emphasizes the financial performance and investor return.

You will ensure proper staffing, guide multiple managers, and implement leasing and marketing strategies to sustain occupancy and revenue. This on-site leadership role requires strong communication, budgeting, and analytical skills, with a degree and relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college; Master’s degree preferred.
• Four to six years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient with Word and Excel.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports and other documents.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and staff supervision capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Meeting budgeted income, expense and leasing goals for the portfolio.
• Evaluating market conditions to determine unit prices and occupancy targets.
• Providing guidance on leasing/marketing, renewal programs, and move-in/move-out processes.
• Stays informed about market and competitor conditions to sustain occupancy and revenues, develops short- and long-term marketing plans.
• Reviewing financial operations of each community monthly; overseeing annual budgets.
• Hiring, training and supervising staff; conducting regular staff meetings.
• Overseeing major contracts and capital projects with regional approval.
• Ensuring staff provide highest level of service to residents.
