Job summary

Capstone Management Partners, LLC is seeking an Area Community Manager to protect, maintain, and enhance the value of multiple communities while maximizing the living experience for residents within four nearby sites. You will oversee the primary community and advise sister communities, ensuring operational excellence and strong financial performance.

Qualifications

• Must have one (1) year of experience as a Community Manager with Cardinal Group and two (2) years experience as Community Manager in residential property management.
• Strong working knowledge of leasing, marketing, construction, residential law and resident relations.
• Reliable transportation to travel between communities up to 20% of the time.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Platform.
• Ability to analyze a monthly financial statement and prepare detailed budgets and operating forecasts.
• Ability to note deviations from financial plan and recommend actions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead projects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all responsibilities of Community Manager for the assigned communities, via direct oversight of the primary community and advise sister communities.
• Mentor and assist with day-to-day activities of loss prevention, risk management, safety/security, maintenance, marketing, leasing and upkeep at sister communities.
• Demonstrate a positive, professional and client-oriented attitude with team members, residents, clients and the public.
• Strive for improvements in communities' performance to meet or exceed financial and operational goals.
• Lead onsite maintenance, office and leasing teams at main community and assist with sister communities.
• Coordinate collection and documentation of all revenues following lease obligations.
• Participate in Cardinal U trainings and other professional development.
• Travel to sister communities at least twice per month.
• Provide data integrity insights for all communities prior to HQ submission.
• Champion Cardinal Culture across all communities.
