Capstone Management Partners, LLC is seeking an Area Community Manager to oversee up to four communities, focusing on protecting and enhancing property value and resident experience. This full-time, non-exempt role requires leadership of onsite teams, revenue oversight, and coordination across maintenance, leasing and marketing functions.

The position emphasizes travel between communities (up to 20%), mentorship, budget analysis, and adherence to Cardinal culture and company values.

Qualificações

• 1 year of Community Manager experience with Cardinal Group and 2 years as Community Manager in residential property management.
• Strong working knowledge of leasing, marketing, construction, residential law and resident relations.
• Reliable transportation to travel between communities up to 20% of the time.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google platforms.
• Ability to analyze monthly financial statements and prepare budgets/forecasts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; independent project leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Community Manager responsibilities for assigned communities and advise sister communities.
• Mentor via loss prevention, risk management, maintenance, marketing, leasing and upkeep at sister communities.
• Lead onsite maintenance, leasing and office teams at main community; support sister communities.
• Coordinate resident relations, rent charges, lease issues, and escalations as needed.
• Monitor revenues collection, A/R notes, and adherence to lease obligations.
• Participate in Cardinal U trainings and team development.
• Travel to sister communities at least twice per month.
• Ensure data integrity before HQ submission.
• Promote Cardinal Culture across communities.
