Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group in New York area seeks an Area Coach to lead and supervise approximately 4–10 Taco Bell locations. You will hire and develop RGMs, coach managers on the four rights, and drive results across customer satisfaction and finances.

The role requires strong communication, team-building skills, and the ability to travel daily between stores and manage performance. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 years of successful, operational multi-unit management experience.
• Proven ability to select, coach and develop managerial employees.
• Proven ability to achieve high customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfaction.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; conflict resolution.
• Exceptional team-building capability.
• Basic business math and accounting skills; strong analytical decision making.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to travel between designated stores daily.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision of approximately 4–10 Taco Bell restaurants.
• Hire, develop and coach RGMs, Assistant General Managers and Shift Managers.
• Coach RGMs on the '4 Rights' and provide regular feedback in 1:1 sessions.
• Take action beyond requirements and maintain high activity levels.
• Analyze customer feedback and store performance (VOC and CORE).
• Lead product and program rollouts to ensure success in stores.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive relations.

The Area Coach (AC) provides overall leadership and direct supervision of approximately 4 - 10 Taco Bell restaurants to ensure that each Restaurant General Manager (RGM) meets or exceeds the Annual Operating Plan established for their individual unit.

Role:

• People Role model the How We Work Together Principles.
• Find and hire and develop the best RGMs, Assistant General Managers and Shift Managers.
• Coach your RGMs on the “4 Rights” in their restaurants and provide regular feedback during 1:1 sessions.
• Take action without being told, go beyond what is simply required and maintain a high activity level.
• Understand how customers are viewing your restaurants through scheduled visits and detailed analysis (VOC and CORE).

Requirements

The ideal candidate for the Area Coach position will possess:

• 5 years of successful, operational multi-unit management experience.

• Proven ability to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfaction
• Good communication skills and strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
