Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group seeks an Area Coach to lead and supervise 4–10 Taco Bell restaurants, ensuring performance aligns with Annual Operating Plan. You will hire, coach and develop RGMs and Shift Managers, coach them on the 4 Rights, and maintain a high activity level while analyzing VOC and CORE feedback.

You will drive product rollouts, resolve customer complaints swiftly, and oversee the financial performance across the area with strong leadership and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 5 years of successful, operational multi-unit management experience.
• Proven track record of selecting, coaching and developing managerial employees.
• Proven ability to achieve high customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfaction.
• Good communication skills and strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Exceptional team-building capability.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical decision making skills.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to travel between designated stores daily.
• Background checks are run on all management employees.

Responsibilities

The Area Coach (AC) provides overall leadership and direct supervision of approximately 4 - 10 Taco Bell restaurants to ensure that each Restaurant General Manager (RGM) meets or exceeds the Annual Operating Plan established for their individual unit.

The ideal candidate for the Area Coach position will possess:
