Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking an Area Coach to lead approximately 4–10 Taco Bell restaurants and ensure each Restaurant General Manager meets the annual operating plan. This role requires strong leadership, coaching, and the ability to travel between stores daily.

You will hire and develop RGMs, coach on the four rights, analyze VOC and CORE results, drive product rollouts, resolve customer issues, and monitor financial performance. Travel and a valid driver's license are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 years of successful, operational multi-unit management experience.
• Proven ability to coach and develop managerial employees.
• Strong track record in customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee engagement.
• Good communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Exceptional team-building capability.
• Basic business math and accounting skills with strong analytical decision making.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to travel between designated stores daily.
• Background checks are run on all management employees.

The Area Coach (AC) provides overall leadership and direct supervision of approximately 4 - 10 Taco Bell restaurants to ensure that each Restaurant General Manager (RGM) meets or exceeds the Annual Operating Plan established for their individual unit.

Role:

• People Role model the How We Work Together Principles.
• Find and hire and develop the best RGMs, Assistant General Managers and Shift Managers.
• Coach your RGMs on the “4 Rights” in their restaurants and provide regular feedback during 1:1 sessions.
• Take action without being told, go beyond what is simply required and maintain a high activity level.
• Understand how customers are viewing your restaurants through scheduled visits and detailed analysis (VOC and CORE).
• Lead product and program rollouts with your RGMs to ensure success.

Requirements

The ideal candidate for the Area Coach position will possess:
