Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking an Area Coach to lead and supervise approximately 4–10 Taco Bell restaurants, ensuring each Restaurant General Manager meets the operating plan.

You will hire, coach and develop RGMs and shift managers, monitor performance, analyze VOC and CORE feedback, drive program rollouts, and maintain strong customer relations across locations. Travel between stores daily is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful, operational multi-unit management experience.
• Demonstrated track record of workplace achievement in coaching and development of managerial employees.
• Proven ability to achieve high customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead RGMs on the “4 Rights” and provide regular feedback during 1:1 sessions.
• Hire and develop RGMs, Assistant General Managers and Shift Managers.
• Take action without being told, maintain high activity level across units.
• Understand customer perceptions via VOC and CORE through scheduled visits and analysis.
• Lead product and program rollouts with RGMs to ensure success.
• Resolve Customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive customer relations.
• Demonstrate a positive and enthusiastic attitude with staff and customers.
• Analyze the financial performance of your area and identify trends.

The Area Coach (AC) provides overall leadership and direct supervision of approximately 4 - 10 Taco Bell restaurants to ensure that each Restaurant General Manager (RGM) meets or exceeds the Annual Operating Plan established for their individual unit.

Role:

• Find and hire and develop the best RGMs, Assistant General Managers and Shift Managers.

Requirements

The ideal candidate for the Area Coach position will possess:

• 5 years of successful, operational multi-unit management experience.
• Demonstrated track record of workplace achievement in the selection, coaching and development of managerial employees.
• Proven ability to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfaction
• Good communication skills and strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Exceptional team building capability.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical decision making skills.
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Must be able to travel between designated stores daily
