Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking an Area Coach to provide leadership and operational oversight for Taco Bell restaurants operated by a franchisee. You will manage several RGMs, drive performance, and oversee customer and financial results across the region.

You will recruit, coach, and develop store leaders, lead program rollouts, and ensure superior customer experience while maintaining compliance and strong team dynamics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operational multi-unit management experience.
• Proven ability to hire, coach and develop managers.
• Track record of achieving customer satisfaction and financial performance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel between stores daily and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead 4–10 Taco Bell restaurants and supervise RGMs and store leaders.
• Recruit, hire and develop RGMs, Assistant General Managers and Shift Managers.
• Coach RGMs on the 4 Rights and provide regular feedback in 1:1 sessions.
• Drive action and maintain high activity; analyze store performance and VOC/CORE.
• Lead product and program rollouts to ensure success and manage customer relations.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive relations.
• Foster a positive attitude with coworkers, employees and customers.
• Analyze financial performance of the area and identify trends.

You are applying for work with a franchisee of Taco Bell, not Taco Bell Corp. or any of its affiliates. If hired, the franchisee will be your only employer. Franchisees are independent business owners who set their own wage and benefit programs that can vary among franchisees.

The Area Coach (AC) provides overall leadership and direct supervision of approximately 4 - 10 Taco Bell restaurants to ensure that each Restaurant General Manager (RGM) meets or exceeds the Annual Operating Plan established for their individual unit.

Role:

• People Role model the How We Work Together Principles.
• Find and hire and develop the best RGMs, Assistant General Managers and Shift Managers.
• Coach your RGMs on the “4 Rights” in their restaurants and provide regular feedback during 1:1 sessions.

Requirements

The ideal candidate for the Area Coach position will possess:

• 5 years of successful, operational multi-unit management experience.
• Demonstrated track record of workplace achievement in the selection, coaching and development of managerial employees.
• Proven ability to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfaction
• Good communication skills and strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Exceptional team building capability.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical decision making skills.
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Must be able to travel between designated stores daily
