Job summary

Staab Management is seeking an Area Coach for Pizza Hut locations to coach and develop Restaurant General Managers, build strong teams, and drive sales and operational excellence across multiple outlets. The role requires travel across locations and a focus on profit, guest experience, and standards.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of multi-unit leadership in QSR, solid P&L experience, and strong people skills. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience (QSR preferred).
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Solid business and financial acumen including P&L experience.
• Organized, results-driven, and able to manage multiple locations.
• Flexible schedule and ability to travel.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Restaurant General Managers across locations.
• Build strong, engaged teams and develop future leaders.
• Drive sales, profit, and key performance metrics.
• Ensure high standards for operations, food quality, and guest experience.
• Analyze P&L and manage labor, inventory, and costs.
• Execute company initiatives across all locations.
