Staab Management, a Midwest Pizza Hut franchise, is hiring an Area Coach to lead and develop Restaurant General Managers across multiple locations. The role focuses on driving sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction while upholding quality and operational standards.

You will analyze P&L, manage labor and inventory, and execute company initiatives across sites. A strong leader with travel flexibility and a proven track record in QSR is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience (QSR preferred).
• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Strong business and financial acumen (P&L experience).
• Organized, results-driven, and able to manage multiple locations.
• Flexible schedule and ability to travel.
