Job summary

Staab Management, a Midwest Pizza Hut franchise, is seeking an Area Coach to oversee multiple restaurants in the Nebraska City area. You will coach and develop General Managers, drive sales and profitability, and uphold quality standards across locations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of multi-unit QSR leadership, strong financial acumen, and excellent people skills. A willingness to travel and a results-driven mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience (QSR preferred).
• Proven leadership and team development skills.
• Strong business and financial acumen (P&L experience).
• Organized, results-driven, and able to manage multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Restaurant General Managers across multiple locations.
• Drive sales, profit, and key performance metrics.
• Ensure high standards for operations, food quality, and guest experience.
• Analyze P&L and manage labor, inventory, and costs.
• Execute company initiatives across all locations.
