Job summary

Staab Management is seeking an Area Coach for Pizza Hut locations to lead and develop Restaurant General Managers, drive guest satisfaction, and optimize profits across a regional footprint. The role requires travel between sites and strong leadership across teams.

You will analyze P&L, oversee labor and inventory, and ensure top-notch operations, food quality, and service standards while implementing company initiatives across locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit restaurant leadership experience (QSR preferred).
• Ability to coach and develop Restaurant General Managers and lead teams across locations.
• Strong business and financial acumen, with P&L experience.
