Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years related experience and/or training.
• Minimum 1 year of General Manager experience.

Responsibilities

• Front Desk Coverage and perform FDSA duties.
• Lead and develop teams to meet KPI and budget targets.
• Plan and delegate key responsibilities for smooth operations.
• Hire and onboard staff; ensure training plans are followed.
• Submit payroll and maintain accurate personnel records.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and address service issues promptly.
