Job summary

Massage Envy in Concord, NC is seeking an Area Manager to oversee the operations and performance of multiple clinics. You will supervise General Managers, drive sales, customer service, staffing, and ensure adherence to MEU and Atticus standards.

Reports to District Manager and upholds the Atticus core values. The role requires strong leadership, KPI management, scheduling, payroll, and a commitment to exceptional guest experiences across clinics.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
Minimum 2 years of related experience and/or training.
Minimum 1 year of General Manager experience.
Knowledge of computer operations: email, spreadsheets, databases and word processing.
Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations.

Responsibilities

Front Desk Coverage and perform FDSA duties at each clinic.
Leadership: oversee two or more clinics and supervise General Managers.
Establish and maintain a visible leadership presence for operational excellence.
Plan, communicate, and delegate key responsibilities to the team.
Hire and onboard staff; ensure training compliance and development.
Monitor KPI; drive growth and profitability and budget adherence.
Submit accurate payroll and maintain clinic assets and records.
