Job summary

Massage Envy is seeking an Area Manager to oversee the operations of multiple clinics in the Charlotte area. You will lead front-desk and clinic staff, drive sales and service excellence, and implement company initiatives across locations.

Responsibilities include staffing, coaching, payroll, and ensuring adherence to KPI targets and franchise standards while maintaining a positive guest experience across all clinics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience and/or training.
• At least 1 year of General Manager experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Front Desk Coverage and patient-facing support.
• Provide strong leadership to clinics and teams.
• Oversee two or more clinics and supervise General Managers.
• Hire, onboard and develop clinic staff; ensure training plans are followed.
• Conduct coaching and performance reviews; drive KPI attainment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and franchise guidelines.
