Qualifications

• 7+ years in a Business Banking Relationship Management or related lending role.
• Deep knowledge of deposit and cash management products and business credit underwriting.
• Strong communication with individuals at all levels, internally and externally.
• Ability to analyze reports, metrics, and data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Proven ability to build collaborative relationships across the organization and lead through change.
• Time management to balance long‑term and day‑to‑day demands; travel as needed.
• Experience recruiting and developing talent within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop BRMs to grow deposits, cash management, and credit business.
• Manage performance and drive high‑quality client experience and risk management.
• Oversee area revenue, profitability, and compliance with credit quality and regulations.
• Coach on portfolio management, loan structuring, pricing, and customized solutions.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates; recruit top talent.
• Collaborate with Chase Wealth Management, Home Lending, Branch Teams, and Private Bank to deliver One Chase.
• Represent the bank in community leadership roles and local networks.
