Job summary

Worley Group, Inc. is seeking a skilled sheet metal fabricator for a remote Arctic project in Alaska. The role involves fabrication, assembly, installation, and repair of sheet metal and insulation systems on a one-year assignment with a start window in Oct/Nov 2026.

The position offers a remote/rotational schedule, meals and lodging provided on site, and transportation between Anchorage and Prudhoe Bay. Expect 84 hours per week with overtime at time and a half.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years advanced layout and fabrication of sheet metal and insulation components.
• Two (2) years of industrial facility experience.
• Equipment certification within 90 days of start date (e.g., man lift, scissor lift).
• Valid driver's license preferred including ability to be insured by Worley auto insurer.

Responsibilities

• Fabricates, assembles, installs, and repairs sheet metal and insulation products per blueprints or instructions.
• Operates fabricating machines (shears, brakes, bending rolls, presses) to cut and form sheet metal.
• Assembles joints using bolts, rivets, solder, or caulk; inspects finished work for conformance.
