Job summary

Worley is seeking a sheet metal fabricator for a remote/rotational construction project in Prudhoe Bay, AK, with an estimated duration of one year and an anticipated start in Oct/Nov 2026.

The role involves fabricating, assembling, installing and inspecting sheet metal and insulation components to meet blueprints and codes, working in rugged Arctic conditions with a 84-hour week (40 straight time and 44 at time and a half).

Qualifications

• Two years advanced layout and fabrication of sheet metal and insulation components.
• Two years of industrial facility experience.
• Equipment Certification within 90 days of start date (e.g., man lift, scissor lift).
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determines project requirements based on blueprints and instructions.
• Fabricates, assembles, installs and repairs sheet metal and insulation components.
• Sets up and operates fabricating machines to cut and form sheet metal.
• Inspects parts and assemblies for conformance to specs and codes.
• Lays out and marks dimensions; trims and finishes surfaces.
• Supports safe operations and environmental practices on site.
