Job summary

Worley is seeking a Service Advisor for a remote/rotational role based in Prudhoe Bay, AK. The position features an 84-hour weekly schedule with meals and lodging supplied on site and transportation provided between Anchorage and Prudhoe Bay.

The role involves drafting repair orders, providing cost estimates, and coordinating with technicians and shop leads while maintaining safety standards in a remote Arctic environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year as a Service Advisor or parts department experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to be insured.
• NSTC certification training provided by Worley if needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide client with estimates in line with cost, quality and lead time.
• Review repair orders for accuracy and proper description of symptoms, problems and causes.
• Create, review and close work orders.
• Entering repair orders into service database system.
• Assist Shop Lead with needs for vehicle repairs and maintenance services, timelines, etc.
• Timely and accurate documentation regarding each vehicle repair.
• Demonstrate adherence to safety policies and procedures.
