Job summary

Worley is seeking a Building Maintenance & Overhead Door Technician for a remote/arctic site in Prudhoe Bay, AK. The role supports building systems, door maintenance, and safety compliance while rotating two to three weeks on-site with meals, lodging, and transportation provided.

The candidate will perform HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, mechanical and electrical tasks, and oversee parts procurement and preventive maintenance in a challenging environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance or related trades.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, electrical/controls.
• Ability to read technical manuals and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and replacements of building systems and structures.
• Install, maintain, and service overhead doors and door operating systems.
• Procure parts and materials via computerized systems.
• Diagnose issues, rebuild washers/dryers, and perform basic electrical tasks.
• Ensure safety policies, attend trainings, and follow regulatory requirements.
• Operate equipment safely and communicate with team on job orders.
