Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• NSTC certification training provided by Worley is available if needed.
• Valid driver’s license required and able to be covered by Worley auto insurer.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, modifications, and replacement of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, mechanical, electrical).
• Install, maintain, and service overhead doors and door operating systems; ensure compliance with codes.
• Procure parts via computerized material and job order systems; create job orders in the system.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and basic repairs; read technical manuals and maintain maintenance records.
