Job summary

Worley is seeking a Roads and Pads Foreman for Prudhoe Bay, AK. This remote/rotational role manages multiple service crews, plans work, ensures safety, and serves as the primary Worley liaison with the client.

The position requires five years of supervisory experience in oil and gas, strong leadership, and ability to work in harsh Arctic conditions. The schedule is 84 hours per week with meals and lodging provided, plus transportation between Anchorage and Prudhoe Bay.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of supervisory/leadership experience supervising multi-disciplinary craft personnel in the oil and gas industry.
• Five (5) years of experience in a crew-based driver/operator/equipment or applicable leadership position in Prudhoe Bay.
• High School diploma or equivalent (GED).

Responsibilities

• Provides Leadership and management of all day-to-day activities for the Roads and Pads team.
• Supports Worley Operations Manager and Director in decision making and policy implementation to meet HSE and delivery objectives.
• Maintains relationships with client supervision to ensure work is delivered per specifications and schedules.
