Qualifications

• Minimum one (1) year as a Service Advisor / Service Consultant or parts department experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• NSTC certification training provided by Worley.

Responsibilities

• Provide estimates aligned with cost, quality, and lead time.
• Review repair orders for accuracy and complete symptom descriptions.
• Consult with Shop Lead on repairs and alternatives to expensive work.
• Create, review and close work orders.
