Job summary

Worley seeks a Roads and Pads Foreman for a remote/rotational position in Prudhoe Bay, AK. You will oversee multiple crews, estimate and plan work, and coordinate with client representatives to ensure safe, efficient delivery of roads and pads services.

The role requires five years of supervisory experience in oil and gas, strong leadership, and solid computer skills. The position offers meals/lodging on location and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of supervisory/leadership experience in oil and gas field services.
• Five (5) years in a crew-based driver/operator/equipment or equivalent role in Prudhoe Bay.
• Working knowledge of Windows tools and standard software.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities for the Roads and Pads team.
• Support Operations Manager in guidelines and safety objectives.
• Maintain client relationship and ensure work meets specs and schedules.
• Plan manpower, materials, equipment, and hours for crews.
• Provide safety leadership and coaching to team leaders.
• Coordinate with other groups and contractors as needed.
