Job summary

Worley is seeking an Instrument Technician Level 2 for a remote/rotational role in Prudhoe Bay, AK. The position offers meals and lodging on location, company-provided transportation, and a 84-hour weekly schedule with a mix of straight time and time-and-a-half.

The role supports installation, maintenance and calibration of instrumentation, control loops, and related systems in a challenging Arctic environment. Safety training and NSTC options are provided.

Qualifications

• NFPA70E certification within 6 months of hire date.
• High school Diploma or equivalent GED.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to be insured.
• NSTC certification training provided by Worley.
• Strong knowledge of Instrumentation & Controls in oil field or industrial settings.

Responsibilities

• Calibrates, tests, troubleshoots, and repairs instrumentation and control loops.
• Maintains relay logic systems, PLCs, turbine controls, and related equipment.
• Reads and updates instrumentation drawings and schematics.
• Works with tubing and piping fittings up to 5000 psi and circuits up to 50 volts.
• Documents job status and participates in safety and training programs.
