Job summary

Worley is seeking a pipefitter/welder to support piping and pipeline systems in Prudhoe Bay, AK. The role involves fabricating, assembling, and installing pipe, valves and fittings per drawings, with hydrotesting and safety-critical tasks on a remote Arctic site.

The position requires 3–5 years of pipefitting experience, knowledge of ANSI/ASME/PFI codes, and the ability to read drawings. Expect extended shifts, on-site lodging, meals, and travel support between Anchorage and Prudhoe Bay.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of pipefitting in an industrial environment.
• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• NSTC certification or equivalent training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Select pipe types and sizes per drawings and specs.
• Inspect worksites and plan installation to avoid obstructions.
• Cut, bevel, thread, and join pipe and fittings.
• Assemble and install valves and fittings.
• Prepare and fit pipe for welding by a certified welder.
• Safely operate tools and equipment on site.
• Routinely perform hydrotesting and quality checks.
