Job summary

The Hawk Group is seeking a Pipeline Construction Coordinator to support the Construction Team in Alaska. The role focuses on field oversight, safety, and coordination with contractors to deliver the Pipeline Program on schedule.

Responsibilities include planning, execution, and HSE leadership, with two weeks on/ two weeks off, 12-hour shifts. A strong background in pipeline construction and interfacing with multiple contractors is required.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of Pipeline construction or related construction experience.
  • Proven ability to manage interfaces involving multiple field construction contractors.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications (Word/Excel)

Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of yearly construction plans, oversight of field activities, and lead field safety and environmental performance.
  • Oversee contractor progress, identify execution issues, and propose solutions for complex problems.
  • Monitor progress, manage day-to-day field activities, and ensure milestones are achieved with quality and HSE standards.
  • Coordinate with Construction Supervisor, Contractor, Logistics and Materials teams to ensure timely delivery of materials to the contractor.
  • Participate in site safety meetings, perform risk assessments, and enforce permit stipulations.
