Job summary

ASRC Energy Services, LLC on the North Slope of Alaska seeks a Willow Logistics Coordinator to oversee receiving, inventory control, and material movement. You will work with clients, planners, loaders, and third-party providers to ensure accurate documentation and timely shipments.

The role emphasizes safe operations, accurate records, and continuous improvement of the material tracking system, with on-site lodging and rotation-driven scheduling to meet demanding timelines.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• A valid U.S. Driver’s License is required.
• NSTC safety training certification is required.
• Ability to work 84 hours a week on a 2×2 or 3×3 rotation is required.
• At least five years of hands-on experience in warehouse inventory management is required.
• Proficient experience with SAP, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Oracle is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the receiving of materials, ensuring items are accurately received, identified, and documented.
• Process and fulfill material requests and reservations in accordance with operational requirements and procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure quantities and locations are tracked.
• Ensure materials are properly labeled and prepared for shipment.
• Coordinate preparation, packaging, and movement of materials for transportation.
• Communicate status and issues to support timely resolution and minimize delays.
• Mentor and lead crew members, promoting safe work practices and development.
