Job summary

Worley seeks a Building Maintenance Supervisor for the Worley Base in Prudhoe Bay, AK, overseeing maintenance of industrial shops, water/wastewater systems, and man camp facilities. The role requires supervising crafts, managing budgets, coordinating with HR and safety teams, and ensuring compliance with OSHA and client requirements in a remote Arctic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management, Construction Management, Business, or related field.
• Five to eight years work experience in facility maintenance management, building operations, or support services leadership.
• Five years' work experience managing a team.
• One year experience working Office Suite programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) required.
• Valid driver’s license including ability to be insured by Worley auto insurer required.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance of Deadhorse facilities, water/wastewater plant, and man camp.
• Schedule and supervise craft personnel and equipment resources.
• Maintain computerized building maintenance system (Fleet Focus) to track work.
• Oversee compliance with safety and environmental procedures.
• Coordinate work with other groups, contractors, and HR for staffing.
• Monitor budgets and identify cost reduction opportunities.
