Job summary

Worley is seeking a General Foreman to lead field operations on the North Slope with a remote, rotational schedule. The role supports multi-craft crews in a demanding Arctic environment, with an 84-hour week and meals and lodging provided on location.

Transportation from Anchorage to the North Slope is supplied. You will plan, supervise and coordinate manpower, equipment and schedules, ensuring safety, compliance, and cost-efficient execution while coordinating with client and internal teams to

Qualifications

• Five years of supervisory experience overseeing multi-craft personnel in Wells and Drilling Support.
• One year experience using Office Suite programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• NSTC certification training available through Worley.
• North Slope or Arctic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans and supervises workforce including foremen, leads, dispatch team and craft staff to execute work.
• Coordinates work with client, engineering, estimating and planning to meet drawings, specs and schedules.
• Provides HSE guidance and leadership to the team and ensures safety procedures are followed.
• Reports progress to management and clients on milestones and potential delays.
• Maintains liaison with client management to align with deliverables and client expectations.
