Job summary

Worley is seeking a Wash Bay Lead on the North Slope, Alaska for a remote/rotational role. You will supervise crews, schedule workload, inspect work, and mentor staff to ensure safe, compliant wash bay operations. The position requires strong safety discipline and operational knowledge.

On-site responsibilities include adherence to environmental and company policies, plus attendance at safety and technical trainings. Lodging, meals, and transportation are provided on location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• NSTC certification training preferred.
• Class A CDL with HazMat endorsement preferred.
• DOT medical card preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides day-to-day supervision and technical direction to wash bay crews.
• Schedules daily workload and assigns resources.
• Examines work and materials for specifications.
• Mentors and provides feedback to team members and new employees.
• Maintains daily schedules and attends related meetings.
• Ensures safety, conducts toolbox talks, and safety training compliance.
• Supports environmental management systems and policy adherence.
