Job summary

BlackFish Federal is seeking a Material Handler to support our client, the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA). The role involves sorting, retrieving and filing records in a warehouse/records storage setting, with a 7:00 AM-3:30 PM, Monday through Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a drug screen and a background check.
• U.S. citizens only for this contract.

Responsibilities

• Locate containers or folders on shelving and ensure numbers are visible.
• Move records to designated areas and assist with disposal/relocation as needed.
• Retrieve requested files and prepare documents for scanning and digitization.
• Enter basic data in spreadsheets and verify daily project totals.
