BlackFish Federal LLC in Dayton, OH, seeks a Material Handler to work in a warehouse/records storage environment for the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA). The role is full-time with a 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday schedule and a comprehensive benefits package.

• Ability to perform in a labor-intensive environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Must be able to lift boxes up to 30 to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Must be able to climb ladders to reach shelving up to 15 feet high.
• Have the ability to pass a drug screen and a background check.
• This contract requires that all candidates are U.S. citizens.
• Must have high school diploma or GED.

Responsabilidades

• Locate containers or folders on shelving using pull lists or other provided reports.
• Remove containers, verify pull lists, report discrepancies, and deliver documentation to POC.
• Place containers on streamliners with numbers visible and facing the same direction.
• Move records to the Designated Disposal Review Area.
• Palletize containers, label, stack and shrink wrap for disposal.
• Validate space requirements and transport records to the assigned location.
• Retrieve batched requests and sign-out batches in the logbook with timestamps.
• Retrieve documents for scanning, verify image clarity, and rescan as needed.
• Use handheld devices to enter basic data, assist with box list creation and daily totals.
