BlackFish Federal LLC seeks a Team Lead for Material Handlers to support our customer, the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA). The role combines leadership with hands-on material handling duties in a warehouse setting.

You will supervise a 10-12 person team, ensure accurate, timely production, and maintain safety and quality standards while coordinating with the COR and Project Manager.

Qualificações

• Must have 3 years of directly related experience working at NARA or similar work environment.
• Must have a comprehensive understanding of Team Lead responsibilities.
• Demonstrated leadership skills; motivate, guide and inspire others, delegate tasks, foster collaboration.
• Comfortable leading a team of 10-12 employees.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships.
• Ability to perform in a labor-intensive environment.
• Must pass a drug screen and a background check.
• This contract requires that all candidates are U.S. citizens.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with client or client point-of-contact to discuss logistics as necessary.
• Monitor work for accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency with government personnel.
• Ensure personnel follow Standards of Conduct, security requirements.
• Serve as liaison between contract personnel and client; escalate to COR/Project Manager as appropriate.
• Sign in/out personnel daily and verify times weekly totals.
• Remain on site during work performance with limited exceptions.
• Train personnel; learn work processes and procedures.
• Complete labor tasks: Material Handler Tasks as assigned.
• Locate containers on shelving, verify pull lists, report discrepancies.
• Move records, palletize/dispose, and validate manifests.
• Retrieve batched requests, sign out batches, and audit references.
• Prepare documents for scanning, verify image quality, and report issues.
• Use handheld devices for basic data entry and daily totals.
