Job summary

Sierra Pacific Windows is seeking an Architectural Consultant to cover New York City, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. You will drive sales by establishing relationships with architects and architectural firms, deliver product presentations, and act as a technical expert on Sierra Pacific Windows products.

The role requires reading drawings, writing specifications, and attending industry events. Travel is required, and candidates should reside in the tri-state area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and self-starter traits.
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Collaborative, positive attitude and team-oriented.
• Fenestration or architectural product knowledge preferred.
• Existing relationships in the local architectural community a plus.
• Strong computer and mathematics skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by identifying opportunities, developing relationships, building brand awareness and promoting Sierra Pacific Windows products.
• Develop and maintain long-term beneficial relationships with Architects, Architectural Firms and key accounts.
• Conduct product and AIA accredited presentations for the architectural and design communities.
• Be a consultant and expert on all products manufactured by Sierra Pacific Windows.
• Provide technical information and write specifications with objective of increased sales.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Participate in industry trade shows and networking events.
• Use bid search tools and CRM as directed by management.
• Travel is required.
