Job summary

Sierra Pacific Windows is seeking an Architectural Consultant to cover New York City, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. The role requires living in the area and will drive sales by identifying opportunities, building relationships with architects, and presenting Sierra Pacific Windows products.

You will read and interpret construction drawings, provide technical information, and act as the product expert across field teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and self-starter attitude
• Strong reading and interpretation of construction drawings and specifications
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Product knowledge in fenestration industry preferred
• Local architectural relationships a plus

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by identifying opportunities, developing relationships, building brand awareness and promoting Sierra Pacific Windows products
• Develop and maintain long-term beneficial relationships with Architects, Architectural Firms and key accounts
• Conduct product and AIA accredited presentations for the architectural and design communities
• Be a consultant and expert on all products manufactured by Sierra Pacific Windows
• Provide technical information and write specifications with objective of increased sales
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Participate in industry trade shows and networking events
• Travel is required
