Huitt-Zollars, Inc. in Albuquerque, NM seeks an Architectural Staff II to support design teams in preparing design and construction drawings and assist in construction administration for Public Works projects. The candidate should have 3 years of architectural experience producing detailed construction documents in Revit.

The role requires collaboration with teams, site visits, and documentation of findings, with a focus on Revit-based design and BIM workflows in a full-time setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture from an NCARB accredited program required.
• 3 years of architectural experience producing detailed and well-documented construction documents in Revit.

Responsibilities

• Simultaneous work on a minimum of 2-3 projects at various stages of development.
• Prepares project designs and construction documents using BIM software and equipment.
• Prepares various documents during the course of the project development including meeting minutes, project specifications, agency applications, etc.
• Visit project sites under the direction of a supervisor and assist with the documentation of findings.
• Integrate information from consultants and suppliers into Revit Models for documentation.
