The role requires 5–10 years of experience, NM registration or reciprocity, and proficiency in REVIT and Adobe Suite. Competitive salary, full-time, on-site at our Albuquerque office, with a strong client focus and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Architecture required.
• Registered Licensed Architect (New Mexico, or reciprocity).
• 5–10 years in the profession as an Architect.
• Experience in Institutional markets.
• Proficient in REVIT and Adobe Suite; working knowledge of SketchUp, IBC, IEBC, and ADA.

Responsibilities

• Lead design for the office and produce design documents.
• Plan, direct and monitor projects with high technical complexity.
• Supervise project team with PM and designer.
• Ensure development meets schedule, budget, and code requirements.
• Review work and propose design changes to meet codes and budget.
• Assist market sectors in proposals and presentations.
• Collaborate with teams to provide creative design solutions.
