Job summary

Huitt-Zollars seeks an Architectural Staff II for our Houston Downtown office to support design teams, prepare construction documents in Revit, and assist in construction administration for Public Works projects.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Architecture from an NCARB-accredited program, 3 years of experience, and is actively pursuing licensure. Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office, plus strong teamwork and communication, is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from NCARB-accredited program.
• 3 years of related architectural experience producing construction documents.
• Engaged in AXP and actively pursuing licensure.
• Ability to read redlines and modify Revit models accurately.

Responsibilities

• Simultaneous work on 2–3 projects at various stages.
• Prepare designs and construction documents using BIM software.
• Prepare project documents including meeting minutes, specifications, and agency applications.
• Visit project sites and document findings.
