Job summary

Huitt-Zollars Inc. in Albuquerque, NM, is seeking an Architectural Staff II to join our Public Works team. The role focuses on producing construction documents and supporting design efforts in Revit, with site visits and coordination with consultants.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Architecture (NCARB accredited) and 3 years of related experience, with active AXP licensure pursuit and strong teamwork skills. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture from NCARB accredited program.
• 3 years of related architectural experience producing construction documents.
• Active engagement in AXP and licensure pursuit.
• Ability to read red lines and modify Revit models and other documents.

Responsibilities

• Work on 2-3 projects simultaneously at various development stages.
• Prepare design and construction documents using BIM software (Revit).
• Develop project documentation including meeting minutes and specifications.
• Visit project sites and document findings as directed.
• Coordinate with consultants and suppliers for RevIt model updates.
• Assist processing of submittals and RFIs and route for review.
• Attend meetings and assist with project correspondence as needed.
• Prepare material finish boards and presentation graphics.
• Travel to construction sites and client meetings as required.
