Huitt-Zollars in Orlando is seeking an Architectural Staff I to support design and construction documents for commercial, hospitality, and master planning projects. The role collaborates with architects and designers, prepares drawings in Revit, and contributes to project documentation.

Bachelor's in Architecture, NCARB path encouraged, minimum 2 years' experience, proficiency in Revit, Adobe Suite, Rhino, Lumion, and MS Office. Travel to sites may occur as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture from NCARB accredited program; master's preferred.
Minimum 2 years' experience in architectural design/documentation.
Active NCARB AXP enrollment and licensure pursuit encouraged.
Proficiency in Revit, Adobe CC, Rhino, Lumion; MS Office; knowledge of Bluebeam a plus.

Responsibilities

Prepare design and construction documents with Revit.
Develop sketches, meeting notes, specifications and agency applications.
Work on multiple projects at various stages.
Assist with construction contract administration and submittals.
Attend meetings, record notes, and assist with project correspondence.
