Interliance Consulting (NV), Inc is seeking an Architectural Manager to drive product specifications and sales in commercial construction. Remote work option within Dallas, with travel to meet customers and projects.

The role requires education-focused engagement with architects, designers, developers, and general contractors, plus leadership in managing a territory and strategic accounts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of outside sales experience with tile installation materials or other technical sales.
• Familiarity with company products, territories, markets, and clients.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Time and territory management abilities.
• Proven problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Ability to attend and actively participate in national, regional, and team meetings with overnight stays.
• Ability to travel daily up to 80 percent of the time meeting customers and using the remaining time for planning, preparation, and training.
• Ability to drive a Company vehicle and pass a driving record background check to be insurable with the Company’s insurer.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strategic plan to generate and increase relationships and sales with customers and key accounts.
• Provide education and training to architects, designers, developers, and general contractors on all products and services.
• Host CEU education meetings and product-specific presentations.
• Lead education workshops and build deeper customer relationships.
• Assist architects and interior designers in generating specifications for master documents.
• Collaborate with national account managers to grow sales and forecast market trends.
• Manage assigned territory with product presentations, support, and reviews of specifications.
• Coordinate with distribution team to generate, track, and fulfill large projects from specification to installation.
• Engage with A&D partners on product education meetings and events.
• Attend commercial and architectural trade shows to expand relationships with industry partners.
• Visit jobsites for pre/post installation education to ensure finished product alignment.
