Job summary

Apogee Architectural Metals is seeking an Architectural Sales Representative to drive profitable growth and expand market presence across an assigned territory. You will partner with architects, glazing contractors, and distributors to position our brands early in design and specification processes.

The role emphasizes identifying opportunities, building strong relationships, and working with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of sales, specification, architectural, construction, or related building products experience preferred.
• Experience within glazing, fenestration, aluminum systems, architectural products, or commercial construction environments strongly preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory plans with Regional Sales Manager to drive growth.
• Identify project opportunities and leads across markets.
• Engage with architects, owners, glazing contractors, distributors to position products and solutions.
• Present solutions, conduct educational sessions, and support customer issue resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Estimating, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, Customer Service) for project execution.
