Job summary

Apogee Enterprises, Inc. in Kentucky is seeking an Architectural Sales Representative to drive profitable growth, expand market presence, and strengthen relationships with architects, glazing contractors, and owners across the territory.

You will position Architectural Metals products early in design and specification processes. You will collaborate with internal teams, manage project opportunities, and maintain a robust CRM pipeline.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales, specification, architectural, construction, or related building products experience preferred.
• Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Territory Growth & Business Development: develop and execute territory plans, identify opportunities, drive specification activity, and build relationships with architects, owners, glazing contractors, distributors, and partners.
• Customer & Project Engagement: guide customers through product selection, system capabilities, and applications; conduct presentations and educational sessions; ensure responsiveness and follow-through.
• Commercial & Cross-Functional Partnership: collaborate with Estimating, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Customer Service; support forecasting and CRM activity; align commitments with capabilities.
• Sales Process & Market Presence: maintain active pipelines in CRM; represent brands at events and meetings; deepen knowledge of products and market landscape.
