Job summary
ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions is seeking an Architectural Sales Representative in the Dallas area to drive door opening specifications and relationships with architectural design teams. You will use Openings Studio BIM to specify doors, hardware, and access control, while building key influencer relationships and driving brand demand.

Qualifications
- College/University degree as a preferred background in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- 2–3 years industry experience in architectural representation, specification writing, or Design-Build construction management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience using CRM tools for sales activity reporting.
- Working knowledge of industry-related software is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate strategic relationships with architectural design team influencers and specifiers.
- Identify and secure opportunities to prepare door and hardware specifications.
- Provide timely and accurate product information for use in commercial project specifications.
- Deliver continuing educational programs highlighting new products, solutions, and design-assist professional services.
- Assist with product substitution and approval procedures and follow up in bid specifications.
- Utilize Salesforce.com as a CRM and project-tracking tool.
