Job summary

Integrus Architecture is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support RFQs, RFPs, proposals and interview prep while contributing to brand storytelling across our architectural projects.

You will collaborate with project teams and marketing colleagues to gather content, format materials, and maintain brand standards; this role offers growth in proposal development, graphic design, communications, and business development.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, graphic design, proposal coordination, or related role.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, PR, Graphic Design, or related field preferred.
• Experience or interest in architecture, engineering, design, or professional services preferred.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills.
• Layout, formatting, and attention to detail are essential.
• Familiarity with social media, CRM systems, or marketing databases is a plus.
• Desire to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibilities in A/E/C marketing.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and production of RFQs, RFPs, proposals, and other pursuit materials.
• Gather content, project information, resumes, and graphics for proposals.
• Coordinate content development, proofreading, production, and deadlines.
• Develop engaging presentations and interview materials; assist with preparation.
• Write, edit, and update project descriptions and resumes.
• Create and update graphics, brochures, project sheets, and presentations.
• Maintain brand identity and standards across materials.
• Maintain marketing databases and asset libraries for easy access.
• Assist with events, social media, website content, and marketing initiatives.
