Job summary

Hord Coplan Macht, Inc. is seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator in our Conshohocken office to support the firm’s marketing efforts, including proposals, qualification packages, and presentations across studios.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of marketing experience (AEC preferred), strong written and verbal communication, and proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Word, and PowerPoint; you’ll collaborate with firm principals and the marketing team to craft winning materials and maintain

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or English.
• 5-8 years of experience in marketing (AEC industry preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe InDesign.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update resumes, project case studies, and boilerplates.
• Maintain and update project and staff information in the firm’s database, Deltek VantagePoint.
• Work with firm principals, marketing team members, and consultants to create proposals, qualification packages, and presentations.
• Lead the production of materials for marketing brochures, client interviews/presentations.
• Maintain and update specific opportunities and marketing efforts in Deltek VantagePoint.
• Assist in project updates on the firm’s website.
