• Strong research, organizational, and follow-through skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM/database systems; CMAP experience a plus.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content development.
• Experience in architecture, engineering, construction, or professional services industry preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Research market intelligence, lead sources, projects, clients, contacts, funding, schedules to identify opportunities.
• Maintain and organize leads by market, client, status, and timeline.
• Prepare lead and client information for meetings and document next steps.
• Track business development activities and follow-up dates.
• Enter qualified opportunities into CMAP and maintain client information.
• Monitor priority opportunities for solicitations, awards, and selections.
• Assist with coordinating client meetings and BD activities.
• Assist with planning and coordinating firm events and logistics.
• Develop and maintain marketing data sheets and upload project information to the Office Wiki.
• Assist with social media, website content, awards submittals, and promotional materials.
